Terms & Conditions

ChicagoLand SoftWash reserves the rights to offer and/or cancel any advertised services that have been listed on its internet ecommerce site.

All services offered will be performed by members of ChicagoLand SoftWash or its affiliates at a per terms regulation. No other service will be offered outside of what is agreed upon in its entirety.

All services will require a 20% deposit be paid upfront before any services will be begun. If customers cancels service, 20% of deposit will be retained by ChicagoLand SoftWash for cancelation fees.

Any prior work or product not performed by ChicagoLand SoftWash Wash will be the sole responsibility of the customer and ChicagoLand SoftWash will not be held liable for their faults or customer satisfaction.

ChicagoLand SoftWash will guarantee their work and products to the limit of that of the manufacture of the product used for the services rendered and all claims will be directed at that manufacture as ChicagoLand SoftWash has been trained and is knowledgeable to use said product only and not the actual creator thereof.

Acts of God will NOT be covered by ChicagoLand SoftWash, these will include but is not limited to, inclement Weather and/or faulty material being serviced.

Inspections of site MUST be performed prior to any services rendered by ChicagoLand SoftWash either by licensed contractor and/or a staff member with ChicagoLand SoftWash who is trained and qualified to state conditions.

All work to be performed by ChicagoLand SoftWash will be listed in contractual form and both parties will agree to said work/services performed prior to start of project.

Other terms and conditions may apply and will be discussed with our customer prior to any services performed.
